Meet Emily 

Certified Health Coach & Nutrition Expert

Hi!  I'm Emily, wife and mother of 6 who spent way too much of her adult life trying to figure out the secret to a sustainable and effective diet and exercise program that wasn't obsessive or grueling, restrictive or gross, and mostly, that didn't occupy so much of my time and mind-space.  After years of exercising too much, eating too little and finding myself with another baby on my hip at the age of 44, I flipped the script on the conventional nutrition and exercise advice that I had been fed for so many years and discovered a lifestyle that was not only extremely healthy and satisfying, but also strongly supported by history and our biology as humans.  By healing my metabolism and finally supporting my body rather than confusing it, I no longer struggle to know what and how to eat or how to move, and have found an enjoyable, sustainable, lifestyle that I love.  Living this way also enabled me to "bounce back" from a pregnancy when I was 44 easier than when I was 25.  My life-long pursuit of health has inspired me to create a business helping others to fix their metabolisms and discover a better way to live when youth is no longer on our side. (sigh)
